Cardio training...Exercise Etc.

What surprised me the most, which shouldn't have happened since I knew about "it", was the fact that interval training with resistance training burned about 100 calories and that this type of training helped you to burn off extra 200 calories for the next two days without exercising! This is probably due to the fact that your muscles need energy to repair all the microscopic tears and are getting stronger and/or bigger. Then, I thought about my own experience in getting fit and into shape and realized that I was my fittest and slimmest when I did the mixed training on my own. In a word, as long as you do it right, this type of training works great in a weight loss program!
