*Let's celebrate the Annual World Day for Physical Activity on April 6th, 2013 by being active and promoting physical activity with the theme of "No Barriers to Physical Activity" in mind! There are many barriers we face that discourage us from being physically active, such as unsafe neighborhood and lack of trails or sidewalks. Since physical activity may literally save our life and improve our well-being, it is important for us to advocate its importance to the world!
